Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the lalalabs website and the lalalabs application ("the app"). By buying or using lalalabs you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What you're buying

lalalabs is a one-time purchase. You pay once for the tool or bundle you choose and you may keep using that version on your own Mac for as long as you like. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The app runs locally on your machine; it does not require our servers to function.

2. Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use the tools you bought.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share your activation with others.
You may not decompile or reverse-engineer the app except where that right cannot be restricted by law.
You own everything you create with the app. We claim no rights over your output.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you make. Don't use lalalabs to clone a voice or likeness without the consent of the person it belongs to, to impersonate or deceive, or to create unlawful, harmful or infringing content. You must have the rights to any audio, video, text or images you feed into the app.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by NOWPayments. We don't see or store your card or wallet details. Prices are shown before checkout. Because the product is delivered digitally and works offline immediately, all sales are final unless your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable refund right.

5. Updates

We may release updates and new tools. Updates to the version you bought are provided at our discretion; entirely new tools may be sold separately.

6. No warranty / liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost output, or downtime. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
